  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

     

3. Shipping Rates
 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items and the destination of the order.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

5. Delivery Issues
 

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays).

     

6. International Shipping
 

We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.

 

7. Damages
 

Indian Light Waala is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
