1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Indian Light Waala. Instead, we provide store credit or gift cards for eligible returns.

2. Eligibility for Store Credit or Gift Card

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with product damage proof (photo/video). Please contact us at +918920400707 or info@indianlightwaala.com with your order details and a description of the defect.
Condition of Return: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

3. Process for Receiving Store Credit or Gift Card

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product to us.
Issuance of Store Credit or Gift Card: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue store credit or a gift card for the amount of the original purchase. You will receive an email with the details of your store credit or gift card.

4. Use of Store Credit or Gift Card

Gift Card: Gift cards will be issued via email and can be used for purchases on our website. The gift card will contain a unique code to be entered at checkout.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for store credit or gift cards.
Returns made beyond the 24-hour notification window are not eligible.
